Re: Hello allIf there are no suitable trains, You can always rent a car. I have used Hertz when I have been in Germany.
Re: Hello allI had a similar wish back at 2009 when I and my family were visiting Florida, including Walt Disney World. I really wanted to visit WDW laundry plant with 7 tunnelwashers (the biggest laundry in the world, I presume). There was even a special behind the scenes tour, including the visit to this laundry (99.- USD), but there had to be at least 20 participants, so it did not worked out, all I could gather was 2 persons

Re: Hello allNo presorting is very interesting really i bet its really hard to have efficient dry and wash formula's that way. The last place I worked was HLAC certified and only had a negative air flow system.
At request of the owner of the company I used to work for Michael Dreher president of Kannegiesser USA contacted me. I gave him my resume to try to find a place that needed me in Germany. He offered me a job in Texas if Germany don't work out. He last replied he said his people had not had any luck. I'll email Mr.Kozlowski though and see if he can just give me a list of laundries in this area. I also have been in contact with Milnor and some of their dealers in Germany and am waiting for a reply from them now too. I don't see anything wrong with asking a few people. Thanks again for the help Saarmas if your ever around Germany again let me know I owe you a drink.
Re: Hello allYah I could borrow the car from the family I'm staying with as well as long as I can convince my friend to come with me. I think i can drive for up to 6 months on an USA drivers license in Germany.
Ron Ellis of Tingue Brown has told me of WDW laundry plant. He said when ever they need a another new tunnel they just knocked down the wall of the building they were in and added it. I thought they had more then 7 but I may be mistaken. I'd love to see their operation as well, shame you could not have when you had the chance. One of the bosses at Loomis brothers that set up my last plant said it was one of the top 5 in the USA out side of WDW. Then he laughed and I never figured out why he laughed until Ron Ellis told me about the WDW monster.
Re: Hello allI emailed Peter Kozlowski and got this automated messaged "I am currently on the road. In the urgency matters you can contact me via cell phone" I'll wait it out to see if he replies when he is off the road.
Back to Jobpilot.de for now seeing where else my skills may apply.
Re: Hello allGood luck in your search Lostcause. Can try Lavatec Laundry Tech in Germany. They say they are busy. And just starting back may need someone like you.
