Does any one know off any websites where I can find any info regarding PM Maitenance and/or owners manuals for washex washers? The washex washers that we are using in our facility are about 22 years old and I am having a hard time finding any info about them on-line. I can even use info regarding new models as they would be similar.

Mid January 2012 we are removing from service 4 Washex 64/40's. These have been in service since 1982 here and are still running today. We have a lot of new spare parts on the shelf and will have used and rebuilt parts also. Extract motors, clutch assemblies, etc.

If anyone is interested??????

one of them is serial SN# 14142/D090 Mfg in 1993

Originally this machine had an Optima controller in it now it has a Custom Controls PC-5502 controller.

I need a base drawing for this washer. ...

Any users have a photo of their drain hose setup?
I got my washers with no hose attached so I just measured and got some rubber hose. But with the tilting it seems to wear out my hose quickly and leak.

I was thinking of trying a flat fire hose style fabric or pvc coated hose.

If anyone here owns a FLPS 1200 can you do me a favor and give me the info off the SICK RPM Sensor/Rotation sensor thats on the back of the machine and reads the sensor target or sprocket?

they have the auction planned. Guess that will be it for wash ex?

On my FLPS 1200 the door opens and closes to fast. When it closes it actually slam shut. In the book it shows the adjustments but my machine is new and a bit different. I also tried adjusting the Door Close Cushon screw and theres no change at all.

The machine's will be currently available in the most popular sizes of 480lb and 700lb. They are manufactured in Europe and have been tested in the USA for the last 8-10 months.
