Hi Guys

Have just fitted new Nord variable speed drive to our infeed. The sheet supplied with the drive asked that we change, using the IBT , THE CONFIGURATION PARAMETER "FC PARAMETERISATION 1->0" MUST BE CHANGED FROM 1 TO 0.
Don't we have to turn the power off the machine and reboot the PLC's after changing 1 to 0.
Does anyone remember carrying out this procedure, and does the IBT then shows THE CONFIGURATION PARAMETER ...

First i present myself, I'm Javier, a spaniard studenf of an MBA in international trade. I'm doing a paper about Girbau, a spanish company who has as direct competition Kannegiesser, and therefore, i'd like to find the balance sheet of the company, to compare the figures.

I've been looking for it all over, but with no luck. Any suggestion?

Just wondering if there is other members using this equipment and what their typical daily input figures would be??

Would also be interested in knowing what speed they are running their machine to process, a item such as linen bed sheets?

We have a 2 roll HPM that is fed with an EMT. We have not had good luck running the feeder in two lane mode, so it lives in one lane mode. We process only tablecloths on this machine, from 42" to 85" square.

The problem we have is that about 4 months after we change the covers on the rolls, the unused edges (about 18" on each side) become dark grey, black. This is ...

I hope that somebody can help me... I have one power trans PT 100 16 BT but some days ago appers one error (61) with anyone message; It stop the machine some seconds but it's frecuently. :?

Somebody may give some advices about it? :?:

Not sure if this is the right spot for this, but I am looking to find the conveyor belt for the press. Does anyone make them in the states or do you have to go to kannegiesser for them?

Hi guys New member here-I have replaced the Front Chain Three times Since June 2010. I put Diamond chain the first time, Kannegissier OEM chain the second and Now has a Diamond back on it . Its stretching , When we lay it out on the deck next to the new, its 1-1/2 inches longer. Jumps like crazy Chain is 20-B- 72 links. unload end is 2 years old.

Has anyone found a replacement VSD to replace the Nord SK750 series drive which are now obsolete. Must talk to the same version CAN software. Having trouble with the replacement SK500 series as it will not accept the parameters.

has anyone with a power press have had their block crack? we had one crack in the middle cost us lots to replace $$$$$$$$$$$$$

Hello everybody.

We have a feeding machine type EMT - S from kannegiesser, so we have a problem with the spreader because it back the sheets, we guess that probably is for the vacuum pressure but we don´t know how solve this problem, so it cause bad folding in the folding machine 8-)
