Finally going to get organized!!! :D

Hello I am fairly new to the laundry industry so please forgive me as i don't know a lot of technical terms and such. I am writing in this forum because it is somewhat disaster related. I have 2 braun 200 OP washer and have had many problems with towels ripping. I have had them ALL analyzed and it was not a chemical problem. just curious if anyone has heard about braun washers being notorious ...

Had an ironer fire over the weekend, not good..... :(

Several years ago we decided to maximize efficiency from our waste heat recovery system utilizing the shaker pump P-1 and valving to circulate a chemical solution through the plateframe, I think we used sour or some oxalic acid. we told steve the late nite engineer to circulate it all nite and we would drain and flush in the am. good use of parts. add more if you have them.

Just completed another CBW control conversion, number 132, most of which were in Europe.
64 of them were on Lavatec CBWs, 53 on Milnor, 14 on "other" this one was a Passat.
This job included:
Upgrading CBW drive inverter.
Installing new touch screen CBW controls.
Designing & assembling complete Dyer control panel (4 dryers).
This included shuttle controls with touch screen .

All went well. All was completed with only 16 hours of machine down ...

Got a couple more weekends of work, but here's the progression of our dryer intakes going in.

Removing old air handlers before new roof goes on.
