With Chicago introducing a new picker at Clean, and Wier (mfg of Pik-Quik) now in the USA, will Chicago still support the existing Pik-Quiks they sold? Will we now have to go to Weir for support?

Mini Skyline blanket folder

We are considering purchasing a Mini to improve our work flow and reduce labor. We plan to fold bath blankets, thermal blankets, knitted fitted sheets, and possibly flat mattress pads.

What is the experience out there? Is this a good piece of equipment for this type of work? Anyone have data on folding rates? Any particular problems with maintaining the Mini?

Thanks for your input

King Edge

Is anyone else having problems with the 26" transfer rodless cylinder? Our feeder is about two years old and we have to replace the cylinder like clockwork every two to three months. What happens is the cylinder starts slamming front to back and Chicago says we are the only one having this problem. Their Tech came out but we knew more then him! HELP!!!

We just started up an Air Chicago SPF we bought primarily for bath towels and misc. flat goods. Tried running patient gowns on it. Didn't take long before a string caught and a gown got wrapped around a roll. Not good. Anyone have the sure cure for this problem, other than cutting the strings off--- Thanks
