Hello all!

I am interested in acquiring a small business in the state of MD by the end of the year. I would like to purchase an existing laundromat and install barber chairs and an area for manicures/pedicures. I intend to request Tenant Imporvement (TI) money in the lease negotiation to pay for the build out for ancillary income.

Cleaning stainless steel machine

Hey guys, I recently took over a laundromat business and the machines that are there are fairly new. The problem is, they look filthy. There are water stains as well as hard detergent stains that I can't get off for the life of me. Is it possible to clean the stains? Thanks
