Phoenix = $22.00/hr
Hawaii =$31.00/Hr

Top mechanics $20 start, $27 hr. top out.

Anyone go with the one chief engineer then a few jam pullers theory? Seen some like that. Light bulb changers at $12 hr then the high priced boss. I wouldnt but some budgets call for it.

You might get away with one go to guy in a small plant but what do you do when he is on vacation or off sick? In a larger plant the chief should be your best manager, but maybe not your best mechanic.
